Richard surfs almost everyday. Onshore mush or grinding New Pier or North Beach. and even when conditions are totally out of the question you’ll find him skateboarding. He just can’t get enough. Richie as he is called by his buddies never stops smiling – its infectious. But behind that eternal grin is a bull terrier like determination to succeed at every level.
